1. About this policy
This policy establishes the handling policy of customers' personal information collected by
Time Design Co., Ltd. and related company (hereinafter referred to as "Party A") as
customers use Party A‘s services (hereinafter referred to as "Service" *1).

2. Meaning of the term
- "Personal Information" (*2), "Personal Data" (*3), "Collected Personal Data" (*4) have the
meaning specified in Article 2 of Japan’s “Personal Information Protection Law”.
- "Party A" refers to Time Design Co., Ltd., Affiliated company, and other companies which
cooperate to operate our “Service”. "Party A" will be updated from time to time. The current
"Party A" is written on (*5).
- "Service Provider" refers to Accommodation facility, Transportation, Travel Agency, Leisure
service company and others who provides products or services.

3. Purpose of use of personal information provided by customers
Time Design Co., Ltd. collects customer’s information to provide Service.

4. Purpose of using Personal Information
Time Design Co., Ltd. will use customer's personal information collected for the following
purposes.

(1) When you use the service as a member of Time Design Co., Ltd.
When using the service as a member registered in the service of Party A, personal
identification at login and after login, automatic display of member information on various
screens.

(2) Performing transactions provided by Time Design Co., Ltd.
Time Design will use provided information for reservation, purchasing, shipping, payment,
answering inquiries, after services, and other services.

(3) Advertisement and Marketing
- Provide information by e-mail etc.
- Personalize the contents and advertisements you view by personal attributes such as
gender, age, place of residence, hobby etc. of individuals from purchase history, browsing
history of websites.
- Analyze the use of services and develop new services and improve existing services.

(4) Other
For individual services, personal information may be used for purposes not stipulated above.

5. About personal information handling.
- We will handle personal information in accordance with Japan’s “Personal Information
Protection Law”.
- Party A will share your personal data between Party A companies within the scope
necessary to achieve the purpose of use.

(1) Personal data to be shared is the same as in [3. Purpose of use of personal information
provided by customers].

(2) The scope of co-users is each company of Party A.

(3) The purpose of shared use is the same as in [4. Purpose of using Personal Information].

(4) The responsible person in charge of the joint use will be the time design Co., Ltd. For
specific inquiries please refer to [8.Inquiry].
- Party A will provide the customer with personal data for service providers to the service
provider to the extent necessary for reservation, purchase and other transactions of services.
Party A obliges service providers to comply with the Personal Information Protection Law and
to handle personal information that takes into account the privacy of customers by contracts.
However, it does not guarantee that the service provider will comply with it.
Please contact the service provider for details.

(1) Items of personal data provided to the service provider from Party A are the same as
those in [3. Purpose of use of personal information provided by customers]

(2) It is provided to the service provider through Party A’s system.

(3) If you are requested to stop offering to the service provider, please follow the procedures
in [7. Confirmation of Personal data etc.].
If Party A or the service provider is a third party outside of Japan other than Japan, Time
Design Co., Ltd. will provide your personal data to third parties outside of Japan.

6. Accuracy and safety of data contents
In Time Design Co., Ltd., we may ask you for your cooperation with the aim of securing the
accuracy and up-to-date of your personal data.
The request for this cooperation is to avoid various troubles caused by handling personal
information based on old information and personal data rewritten to the latest information
according to the contents specified in this policy.

7. Confirmation of retained personal data
Customers are able to request Time Design Co., Ltd to make (1) confirmation, (2) correction
/ addition / deletion, (3) suspension of use and (4) suspension to provide service provider
(hereinafter referred to as "confirmation" ).

For requests for confirmation of personal data, etc., we request application by the method
specified by our company. There may be cases where deletion cannot be dealt with due to

In Time Design Co., Ltd., we may save backup data in preparation for data loss due to force
majeure or human error due to computer failure in management of personal data. This
backup data, due to its nature, cannot perform procedures such as confirmation.
